The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District (“the District”) invites the submission of proposals
to lease, develop, and operate Retail Concessions at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport
(the “Airport”). Proposals prepared in accordance with the instructions stated in this Request for
Proposals (“RFP”) will be received by the District until the due date and time listed below. One
