This position is responsible for performing the duties required to manage the area of properties for the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District (“District”). Such areas shall include overall property management and associated contract administration, terminal concessions management and administration, and ground transportation administration. The individual will be responsible for performing a variety of property, tenant, and concession management/development activities required which will include drafting and negotiation of request for proposals/bids and lease agreements, and inspection of District land and facilities. This position shall also be responsible for assisting with the administration of the Airport Environs Area.

Air Cargo Supervisor
The Air Cargo Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all administrative and operational aspects of designated cargo operations serviced by the Commercial Aviation Services Division. Position functions as the primary operational lead and performs other duties as assigned by the Commercial Aviation Services Manager.
The Warehouse Lead performs warehouse, customer and ramp service functions related to cargo operations serviced by the Commercial Aviation Services Division. Position also oversees operational, training and administrative functions as assigned by the Air Cargo Supervisor.
The Ramp Lead performs ramp, customer and warehouse functions related to aircraft operations serviced by the Commercial Aviation Services Division. Position also oversees operational, training and administrative functions as assigned by the Air Cargo Supervisor.
Aviation Services Ramp Agent I
The Aviation Services Ramp Agent I performs customer and ramp service functions related to aircraft operations serviced by the Airport Aviation Services Group.
Director of Facilities
Responsible for the leadership and management duties of all maintenance and improvement activities related to the operation of the airport facilities and equipment. The Director of Facilities also assists with and coordinates capital improvement projects with other District departments, outside architects, engineers, contractors, tenants, and vendors as required. Exercise supervision over subordinate supervisors and facilities personnel.
